The Xenteq PurePowerSwitch 24V 3000W (PPS 3000-224) is a pure sine wave inverter with a built-in bypass / transfer relay. It automatically switches between shore power and the inverter, allowing your 230V appliances to remain connected without a separate transfer box.

24 V 3000 W continuous 6000 W peak Pure sine wave Bypass (auto transfer) App (PurePower)
What can you use it for?
  • More 230V "capacity" than 2000W: multiple chargers, heavier tools, or kitchen appliances (situation-dependent).
  • Leave appliances connected and automatically switch between shore power and battery inverter (bypass).
  • Practical if you frequently stay at campsites but also want to work off-grid often.

3000W is serious power. In a 24V system, the battery currents are lower than with 12V, but good cabling, fusing, and a short cable run remain important. Unsure if your battery/BMS can handle this? Send your appliance list (Watt) + battery details, and we'll check it with you.

Unique: bypass function + adjustable priority

The PurePowerSwitch has an internal transfer relay (bypass). As soon as shore power is available, the 230V output can automatically switch to mains voltage. This means you don't need to install a separate transfer box.

Choose priority (2 settings)

  • MAINS priority: shore power takes precedence as soon as it is available (useful for saving your battery).
  • INV priority: inverter/battery takes precedence; it only switches to shore power when the undervoltage limit is reached (useful with a lot of solar energy).

Transfer times (indicative)

  • Priority "MAINS": mains voltage → inverter 40–65 ms, inverter → mains voltage 10–20 ms
  • Priority "INV": mains voltage → inverter 2–10 ms, inverter → mains voltage 45–75 ms

Useful for campers/mobile workshops and systems with (a lot of) solar energy.

Overload protection of the bypass is provided by an external fuse.

PurePower app & control (real-time + settings)
  • Real-time data logging via the free PurePower app.
  • Put it in stand-by (useful if you temporarily don't need 230V).
  • Personalize settings, including undervoltage monitoring and restart timer (charge first, then switch on again).

Need extra convenience? This inverter can be extended with a remote control: PPR-1 or PPR-3.

Note: PPR-2 is also mentioned as an option within this series; PPR-1 and PPR-3 are available from Faraday Energy.

Installation & safety
  • Always fuse: protect the battery cable with a suitable external fuse (as close to the battery as possible).
  • Ability to de-energize: ensure you can safely isolate the inverter for maintenance (via the fuse, a DC circuit breaker, or your system's main switch).
  • Short, appropriate cable run prevents voltage drop and unnecessary heat.
  • Ventilation: active cooling (fan). Place freely and not in a closed hot space.

24V advantage (practical)

In a 24V system, the currents on the battery side are lower than with 12V for the same power. In practice, this often makes it a bit "quieter" for cabling and voltage drop - especially at 3000W.

Why choose Faraday Energy?
  • Assistance with the right choice: 2000W vs 3000W, and what that means for battery, BMS, and cabling.
  • Practical installation advice (fusing, cable routing, placement, and 230V distribution).
  • Support with bypass/priority settings and app parameters.
  • One point of contact for delivery and service.
Need advice? (quick check)

Send us these 3 things, and you'll quickly receive tailored advice:

  • Battery: type (AGM/LiFePO₄), capacity (Ah), and 24V system
  • Which 230V appliances you want to use (with Wattage)
  • Distance inverter ↔ battery (approximate)

Tip: combine this inverter with the right fuse holder and cable set. This ensures it's not just "working," but also safe and trouble-free.
