The Xenteq PurePowerSwitch 24V 2000W (PPS 2000-224) is a pure sine wave inverter with a built-in bypass / transfer relay. It automatically switches between shore power and the inverter, allowing your 230V appliances to remain connected without a separate transfer box.
What can you use it for?
- 230V available in your camper (24V system): laptop, chargers, cameras, small appliances.
- Using e-bike chargers or tool chargers (pay attention to the total power).
- Kitchen appliances up to approximately 2000W (situation-dependent), as long as your battery pack and installation can handle it.
- Keep everything connected and automatically switch between shore power and battery inverter.

Unique: bypass function + adjustable priority
The PurePowerSwitch has an internal transfer relay (bypass). As soon as shore power is available, the 230V output can automatically switch to grid power. This means you don't need to install a separate transfer box.
Choose priority (2 settings)
- MAINS priority: shore power takes precedence as soon as it is available (useful for saving your battery).
- INV priority: inverter/battery takes precedence; it only switches to shore power when the set undervoltage is reached (useful with a lot of solar energy).
Transfer times (indicative)
- Priority "MAINS": grid power → inverter 40–65 ms, inverter → grid power 10–20 ms
- Priority "INV": grid power → inverter 2–10 ms, inverter → grid power 45–75 ms
Practical for campers/mobile workshops and systems with (lots of) solar energy.
Overload protection is provided by an external fuse.
PurePower app & operation (real-time + settings)
- Real-time reading via the free PurePower app.
- Stand-by mode (useful if you don't temporarily need 230V).
- Personalize settings, including undervoltage monitoring and restart timer (charge first, then switch on again).
Need extra operating convenience? This inverter can be extended with a remote control: PPR-1 or PPR-3.
Installation & safety
- Always fuse: protect the battery cable with a suitable external fuse (as close as possible to the battery).
- Ability to de-energize: ensure you can safely isolate the inverter for maintenance (via the fuse, a DC circuit breaker, or your system's main switch).
- Short, suitable cable routing prevents voltage drop and unnecessary heat.
- Ventilation: active cooling (fan). Place freely and not in a sealed hot space.
24V advantage (practical)
In a 24V system, the currents on the battery side are lower than at 12V for the same power. This often makes it a bit "quieter" in practice for cabling and voltage drop.
