Xenteq automatic transfer switch, 2x 230V, 25A

The Xenteq PTS 230-25 provides a seamless transition between two 230VAC sources, making it ideal for various applications, from campers and boats to commercial vehicles and market stalls. This transfer box allows you to easily switch between normal mains voltage and a DC-AC inverter, enabling you to create a reliable backup system.

Features:

  • Automatic Switching: The PTS transfer box automatically selects between the two inputs. When mains voltage is available, the equipment operates on the mains. If the mains voltage fails, the system automatically switches to the inverter, without interruption of the power supply.
  • Protection Against Damage: Without a transfer box, the mains voltage can be applied in parallel to the output of the DC-AC inverter, which can lead to damage to the inverter. The PTS prevents this by flawlessly separating the sources.
  • Wide Applicability: In addition to the combination of mains voltage and inverter, the transfer box can also be used for mains voltage with a generator or a generator with an inverter.
  • Double Disconnection: It is important that the Power Transfer Switch disconnects both poles (phase and neutral), ensuring optimal safety.

Communication with PurePower Inverter (X-Com):

Model PTS 230-25 features a plug&play connection for communication with Xenteq's PurePower inverters (from 600Watt). This allows you to automatically switch the inverter on and off, depending on the availability of mains voltage. With the PTS, unnecessary energy consumption is avoided and you do not have to manually switch the inverter on/off. In addition, you can still operate the inverter manually with the available PPR-1 or PPR-3 remote control, if desired.

Potential-Free Contact:

The PTS 230-25 also has a potential-free contact, offering various possibilities, such as starting a generator, switching an inverter on/off or generating a (warning) signal.
