Sikaflex® Primer 206 GP is a universal primer used in combination with Sikaflex® sealants, such as Sikaflex®-252, to improve adhesion on smooth or non-porous surfaces. This primer is essential when working with materials such as aluminum, steel, painted metal, glass or ceramic.

In RV and boat construction, this primer is often used as a second step after Sikaflex Aktivator-100, for example, when bonding plastic corner brackets or spoilers to metal roofs with Sikaflex®-252.

Usage: After cleaning the surface with Sikaflex Aktivator-100, apply a thin, even layer of Primer 206 GP with a clean brush or applicator. Allow the primer to dry for at least 10 minutes (no longer than 24 hours), then apply the Sikaflex® adhesive.
