Sikaflex® Aktivator-100 is a cleaning and pre-treatment agent that improves the adhesion of Sikaflex® adhesive sealants, such as Sikaflex®-252, on non-porous metal substrates like aluminum, steel, or painted surfaces.

This 30 ml bottle is ideal for camper builders and boat owners who want to bond solar panels, roof racks, or other components to a metal roof or body. Using Aktivator-100 ensures a clean, activated surface for strong, long-lasting adhesive bonding.

Common application: In combination with Sikaflex®-252 and Primer 206 GP when bonding plastic spoilers or corner brackets to metal roofs of campers.

Usage: Apply Aktivator-100 with a clean, lint-free cloth to the metal surface. Allow it to evaporate completely (approx. 10 minutes at room temperature). Then apply Sikaflex Primer 206 GP for maximum adhesion, followed by Sikaflex®-252.
