Why choose isolated?

The primary difference between the isolated and non-isolated Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC battery chargers lies in the presence of electrical isolation between the input and output sides. Isolated chargers provide this isolation, offering additional safety in situations with different electrical ground connections between the batteries, while non-isolated chargers do not have such isolation and are suitable for applications where the battery ground connections are the same.
