Energy management in VW Crafter

For this project, we built a robust energy system in a VW Crafter — designed for customers with high demands for reliability and capacity.

The installation consists of three 180 Wp solar panels (providing over 2 kWh per day), two 150 Ah AGM batteries, and a TS Automotive 50 A DC-DC charger connected to the alternator for fast and efficient recharging while driving.

Due to limited space, we opted for a compact all-in-one solution: the MultiPower charger/inverter/MPPT/transfer switch integrates all functions into one system.

The result: a powerful and clear system that allows the customer to travel independently for days — with a stable power supply for all devices.
