The black plastic single roof gland is suitable for guiding a positive or negative cable from one or more solar panels inside.
When one or more solar panels are installed on a boat or camper, the power cables must be guided through a small hole in the deck or roof. The roof gland is placed over this hole and sealed to prevent leaks.
The gland uses a cable gland with rubber seals. The cable gland is tightened to create a safe and watertight seal for the solar panel's solar cable (suitable for cables with a thickness of 4mm2 and 6mm2).
